Description
Made from the same recipe since 1821, Dolin Blanc Vermouth is a lighter style of vermouth that is made from fine wines as well as botanical ingredients found in the Alpine Meadows of Chambery. Similar to the Dolin Rouge Vermouth in its sweetness, the Blanc showcases its fresh and crisp features by removing the step of first caramelizing the sugars within. Up to 54 different plants are utilized for this vermouth recipe, creating a graceful and tasty liqueur that is perfect as an apertif or used in your favorite craft cocktails.
