Description
Airem Organic London Dry Gin is a 100% organic wheat grain spirit, crafted from premium organic ingredients and then refined through a meticulous filtration process using meltwater sourced from the pristine peaks of the Sierra Nevada in Spain. Distilled in traditional copper stills by hand, this gin embraces a commitment to exceptional quality and sustainable production. Each batch is created with organic botanicals of the highest standard, delivering a spirit that is both refined and distinctive. Airem Gin stands as an Ultra Premium London Dry, designed to satisfy the most discerning palates while remaining true to its organic and natural roots. In addition to its organic certification, Airem Gin is Kosher certified and gluten-free, underscoring its broad accessibility and careful, responsible formulation. The aroma is fragrant and inviting, with dominant notes of juniper berries at the fore, harmonized by the earthy, slightly peppery sweetness of Angelica Root. On the palate, bright citrus character emerges—luminous hints of lemon peel, orange, and tangerine intermingle with subtle herbal undertones that contribute to a balanced, clean core. The finish is herbaceous and lingering, revealing nuances of licorice and coriander, alongside a discreet, special touch that lends complexity without overpowering the gin’s pristine profile. Airem Organic London Dry Gin is an elegant, versatile spirit suitable for a wide range of cocktails or refined sipping, equally at home in a classic gin and tonic or as the centerpiece of a thoughtfully composed modern cocktail.
