Description

Fantastic clean blanco from the famed Cascahuin distillery, crafted with agaves sourced from Michoacán and carefully transformed through traditional methods. This expression captivates with a bright nose of citrus, green agave, and subtle herbal notes, followed by a crisp, silky palate and a clean, lightly peppery finish. Confirmed additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker, this tequila delivers on purity and balance without harsh aftertastes. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), it remains approachable for sipping or mixing in modern cocktails. The NOM is 1123, identifying Cascahuin as the producer, with production rooted in El Arenal, Jalisco, a region renowned for long-standing tequila craftsmanship. While the agave presence is prominent, the spirit remains remarkably smooth, with a natural sweetness that harmonizes with mineral undertones and faint floral hints. This blanco showcases the distillery’s commitment to traditional methods, from slow extraction to careful distillation, yielding a bright, versatile tequila that stands up to lime, salt, and a range of cocktail preparations. Perfect for fans of clean, agave-forward spirits who appreciate a tequila that speaks of its origin—unadorned and honest, yet deeply expressive. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or in a signature cocktail that highlights its pure profile and balanced finish.
