A sweet, ruby-coloured Lambrusco. Made from Malbo Gentile, Salamino and Ancellotta grapes, which offer a pleasant bouquet with hints of ripe fruit, as well as unique smoothness and fullness to the palate.The excellent balance between the sugar component, the acidity and the flavour make this a pleasantly original wine. Excellent served with matured and herb cheeses, it also goes well with cakes and spooned desserts.
