We mature our Anejo for up to five years in specially selected ex-bourbon American oak casks, and our distillation process removes many of the heavy alcohols that other rums leave in. The result? A clean, smooth and not-so-sweet spirit that tastes like something you’ll never forget. The color is amber, bright and clean. The nose carries light aromas of wood with subtle hints of chocolate. The palate displays some beautiful buttery flavors and slight hints of caramel dance inside your mouth.
