Description

Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine is built on a traditional corn-based spirit infused with ripe blackberry flavor, drawing from Appalachian-style moonshine practices adapted for modern production. The base spirit is distilled for softness, providing a neutral yet textured foundation for fruit integration.Blackberry infusion is handled with balance in mind, emphasizing natural fruit character rather than excess sweetness. The process allows berry aromatics and gentle acidity to integrate into the spirit while maintaining clarity and drinkability. On the palate, fresh blackberry and subtle jam notes emerge alongside light corn sweetness. The texture is smooth and rounded, finishing clean with lingering fruit. Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine offers a composed, fruit-forward expression rooted in regional tradition.
