Description
Crafted from grapes grown in the tropical sun and maritime breeze, this Sauvignon Blanc is a balanced blend of two regions. On the Limestone Coast, the grapes ripen slowly, allowing them to retain their natural acidity and grassy, herbaceous notes. The combination provides a layer of complex flavors you won’t find anywhere else. With aromas of nettle, guava, and passionfruit, this elegant Sauvignon Blanc boasts a green tinge with great clarity in the glass. This white wine is mouth-watering on the palate with crisp citrus flavors and balanced acidity. The fruit is chilled during winemaking, a testament to the refreshing flavors that linger on the palate.True to Limestone Coast tradition, our Hakea Sauvignon Blanc is best served chilled with fresh seafood.
