Description
Rich, dense and intense with a mulberry to ink like hue. A subtle and sophisticated nose, leads to a powerful palate of ripe black cherries, the darkest and richest chocolate integrated with ripe dark juicy plum flesh, traces of freshly ground coffee beans with hints of black olive, peat and anise seed. Textual, well-balanced with mildly smooth tannins leading to a powerful but harmonious finish.Pair this wine with slow cooked brisket, grilled lamb, grass feed beef or a hearty beef stew and, of course, steak.
