Product Type: GinSize: 750mLProof: 50% Alc/VolRegion: Mexico: Abrojo Alivio Al Alma (Blue Label) Gin is a refined, small-batch spirit from Oaxaca that blends the region’s mezcal heritage with thoughtful botanical complexity. Distilled from a base made with agave residuals (bagasse), spring water, and wild yeast, it’s then re-distilled with a curated mix of botanicals such as blue agave, grapefruit peel, juniper berries, and native herbs. The aroma presents bright citrus zest, wildflower, and subtle minerality, while the palate reveals balanced notes of green herbs, softened juniper, mellow agave, and gentle spice. The finish is long and elegant, underscoring this gin’s unique character—it’s versatile enough for classic gin cocktails yet distinctive enough to sip on its own.
