Description
Addictive Extra Añejo is a 100% blue agave tequila crafted to showcase the deepest aspects of the agave and the careful aging process. This expression pours a rich dark amber color with reddish hues that glint in the glass, inviting a slow, spirited swirl. On the nose, it presents a lush, roasted profile—think charred spices, cocoa, and robust caramel—with a whisper of vanilla and a hint of dried fruit. The aroma carries a refined sweetness that promises complexity without overpowering the senses, making it both inviting and sophisticated from the first inhale.Upon tasting, Addictive Extra Añejo reveals a measured, velvety texture and a well-balanced palate. The roasted notes noted on the bouquet intensify, delivering notions of toasted oak, espresso, and burnt sugar, layered over a core of ripe fruit and subtle citrus zest. The sweetness is present but integrated, evolving through the mid-palate to a long, luxurious finish that lingers with warm spice, a touch of graphite-like minerality, and a faint kiss of cacao. This tequila exemplifies the elegance that comes with extended aging, offering depth, maturity, and a refined finish that makes it suitable for savoring neat or paired with a premium dark chocolate or a rich, slow-cooked dessert.
