Organic100% Ciliegiolo grapes sourced from a few carefully chosen vineyards in Vallerana and Sovana, in Southern Maremma, mostly clay soil.Hand harvested in mid-September. Fermented in open stainless steel vats, native yeast. Matured in concrete vats.
