Description
Benjamin Chapman 4 Year Old Corn Whiskey is described as having a rich, golden color with pale straw hues in the glass. The aroma opens with fresh cornbread, smooth vanilla cream, and likely offers a delightful sensory experience.A glorious 7 year old whiskey from Canada, produced with a combination of 51% corn and 49% wheat, grown on the Canadian prairies. Distilled separately, the rye is produced with glacial Rocky Mountain water in a traditional pot still and matured in white oak casks, whilst the wheat is distilled triple column stills before maturing in American oak whiskey casks. The two are blended to achieve a distinct sipper with some fabulous, silky sweet grain character.
