While she’sbeen described as new guard, her wines, though contemporary, are as refined and classic as she is.Grapes for this wine come from four parcels: Au Près, Fixey, Clos du Villages, and Sorgentière. Fully destemmed. Fermentations are completed in cement; the wine is then aged for 12 months in barrel (no new oak). Total élèvage is 18 months.Exuberant aromasof vibrant red fruit infused with hints of violet. The palate is medium-bodied with dark berrynotes and supple tannins.
