Description
Nothing to carry. Not a worry to bear. Something to tame the demons. So that we may be free from the weight. A classic rendition of German Helles portrayed through our own lense. Made with pilsner and Vienna malts, decocted and step mashed for depth and then we spun fermentation in the cellar for natural carbonation. Delicately hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh to pay homage to its origin before lagering for many weeks to beautiful clarity. Seek out fresh loaves of crusty country bread, bouquets of fall blossoms, and mugs of, well I’ll just say it, beer. – 5.0% ABV
