Description
Cascahuin’s creators assert that the key to innovative Tequila lies in reverting to its artisanal origins, exemplified by the traditional method of using a tahona in crafting this exceptional blanco. Roasted in stone ovens, the agave offers savory and mineral notes, while the use of a stone tahona and copper pot distillation further enhance its quality. Boasting a high-proof of 42%, this blanco delivers a refreshing taste with heightened flavors of citrus, herbs, and flowers. The slow maceration with a Tahona also results in lower levels of methanol in the final product, leading to a more headache-free experience the next day.
