Description
Ceretto Barolo is crafted from Nebbiolo grapes sourced from prestigious vineyards in the Barolo DOCG region. This wine is a tribute to the unique terroir of Piedmont, known for its rolling hills and calcareous clay soils. On the nose, it exudes aromas of ripe cherries, violets, and hints of licorice, underscored by subtle earthy tones and a touch of leather. The palate is robust and structured, offering flavors of red berries, plum, and spice, with firm tannins and a persistent finish.Aged in oak barrels for a minimum of two years, Ceretto Barolo embodies the complexity and depth expected of a premium Barolo. Its full-bodied profile and refined character make it an ideal companion for hearty Italian dishes such as braised meats, truffle risotto, or aged cheeses.
