Description
The 2023 Chateau Soucherie “L’Astree” Rose De Loire is a reflection of the historic and picturesque vineyards of the Coteaux du Layon, within the broader Loire Valley. This wine, crafted from 100% Gamay grapes, showcases the winery’s commitment to low-intervention, organic viticulture. The delicate process includes direct pressing and a four-month aging in stainless steel, which preserves the ethereal pale color and the lively, controlled fruitiness of the Gamay grape.
