Tasting NotesThis unique Syrah is blended with 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and made from grapes grown in the Tel Faris Vineyard in Israel’s Golan Heights and then aged in French oak casks for 18 months. The wine is full-bodied and flowing with rich flavors of plum, black cherry, and blackberries. Spicy undertones and a note of anise balance the fruity flavors. Soft, silky tannins give good structure and make this wine incredibly well balanced and accessible to any palate.Food PairingPairs well with roasted and flavorful meat dishes.
