Description
Tasting Notes For1924 Double Black Cabernet Sauvignon
*** DAMAGED LABEL ***1924 Double Black Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine with bold structure and a deep red color. The grapes for this wine were harvested during the cool morning hours, ensuring that the fruit was of the highest quality. After fermentation in stainless steel fermenters, the wine was aged in a combination of American and French oak and stainless steel tanks, allowing for flexibility in the blending process. The result is a rich and complex wine with notes of black currant, black cherry, and a hint of vanilla.Pair this wine with equally bold and flavorful dishes such as spicy chorizo chili, barbecue brisket, or garlic chicken wings. The wine’s full-bodied nature will complement the richness and complexity of the dish, while its tannins will cut through the bold flavors, creating a well-balanced and enjoyable experience.
