Description
A dazzlingly beautiful expression of Chardonnay. Fermented on wild yeasts in large French oak barrels (35% new) at low temperatures, aged under flor for nine months. Great purity and delicacy on the nose, with aromas of orchard fruits, Meyer lemon, and a touch of white flowers. On the palate, textural richness from extended lees contact is elevated by racy acidity. Finishes long, with a hint of salinity. Delicious.
