Farmstrong Field White NVFarmstrong Field White is a dynamic blend of Chardonnay from Johnson Family Ranch (Fish Friendly Farming) and Chenin Blanc from Sterling Ranch (sustainably farmed on the Talmage Bench) in Mendocino county. Sustainably farmed grapes, together with precise, unmanipulated, & thoughtful winemaking. Gentle pressing, fermented in neutral French oak, partial malolactic fermentation, aged on lees for 10 months.Field White is a great companion to food. With notes of ripe apple, stone fruit, along with tropical fruit accents, the wine\’s natural acidity is balanced for enjoyment by the glass, yet also works very well to complement a wide variety of food.
