Description
Experience the authentic spirit of Oaxaca with Firme Mezcal Jabali, a premium mezcal that honors centuries-old traditions and the vibrant Chicano culture of Southern California. Crafted from 18-year-old Maguey Jabali agaves in Santiago Matatlán, this exceptional spirit undergoes a meticulous production process that transforms raw agave into liquid gold. Watch as master mezcaleros crush the cooked agaves using a horse-drawn tahona, just as their ancestors did generations before. The natural fermentation in open-air pine wood vats allows wild yeasts to work their magic, creating complex flavors that can’t be replicated in modern facilities. Finally, double-distillation in traditional copper pots refines every drop to perfection. Each sip delivers the essence of family traditions, artistic craftsmanship, and unwavering quality—embodying what it truly means to be “Firme.” Whether you’re celebrating special moments with loved ones or savoring a quiet evening, this mezcal connects you to a rich heritage that values authenticity, loyalty, and excellence.
