Description
Delicate and light, with well-balanced acidity, and a long aftertaste. Fu-Ki Plum wine is an excellent aperitif, as well as a delicious dessert wine. It will also strike a wonderful balance with many rich tasting foods, including Asian specialties. It can be enjoyed straight or chilled, or as part of elegant, contemporary cocktails.
