Whole-cluster fermentation, aging in old 400 and 600 liter casks. Bright dark redcolor, with aromas ofiodine, salt, red cherry, cassis, and lead pencil. On the palate, pure, concentrated and complex, with small black fruits, good length,and notes of iron, minerals and violets on the finish.
