Description
This Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep ruby color. On the nose, it is layered with dark fruits, blackberry, plum and cassis. Oak is well integrated with hints of vanilla and subtle roasted coffee notes. Lush and firm on the palate. The fine integrated tannins display a long finish.Pairs well with grilled red meats (especially steak), hearty stews and hard cheeses. Aromas of currants and fresh herbs with hints of tobacco. Full body, ripe fruit and a soft and velvety finish.
