Description
The nose shows intoxicating aromas of bright cherries, raspberries and toasty oak while initial flavors of dark cherry and vanilla bean give way to classic secondary notes of earth, warm spice, and well-integrated tannins. An intense Pinot Noir with a long finish. Our elegantly balanced Pinot Noir has lush cherry and strawberry flavors with a hint of lightly toasted oak. We love pairing this wine with roasted turkey, soft cheeses like Brie or Comt, or hearty vegetables like sautaed mushrooms.
