Made from Hand-Selected GrapesMade from hand-selected Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grown in some of the finest microclimates throughout Champagne. Following harvest, grapes are pressed immediately in press houses in the vineyards. The nose opens nicely with delicate toasty notes. The aromatic ensemble unfolds with citrus fruits, bringing freshness to the palate. First press juice is only used and blending is done after primary fermentation.
