Description
With this wine, Johannes Leitz has proved which pioneer in German wines he is, and that he most likely champions this discipline, namely to make an alcohol-free wine that tastes like a real wine so as not to compromise the taste.A crisp wine showing notes of lime and citrus fruit in the smell, as well as surprising notes of rhubarb, red apples and some mineralism.
In taste, it has a delicate ease and freshness.
