Description
Sparkling wine is (arguably) the most technical wine in the world. What makes the stuff so technical is that it undergoes not just one fermentation (to make the alcohol) but a second fermentation to make bubbles! The winemakers at Louis Pedrier are quite skilled at this process and from the first taste you will agree that this is an amazing value! With enticing citrus aromas and crisp stone fruit flavors with a dollop of ripe peach on the finish.
