The grapes come from vineyards planted in clay-limestone soils.Developing Macizo begins with a manual harvest and subsequent transportation to the winery in small boxes.After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, Macizo is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels (50% new and 50% used) with its lees.A great white wine from Benjamin Romeo.
