Description
Rich and seductive, the Gaudium captivates its audience with its deep garnet and alluring aromas of lush dark fruits and spice – how fittingly named “pleasure of the senses” in Latin! Being Marques de Caceres’ top range, this exceptional wine comes from their oldest vineyards and is in limited production (only released in excellent vintages). As you swirl, the wine gives a sexy bouquet of blackberry, plum and cassis layered with coffee, dark chocolate, crushed violets. Powerful but elegant tannins. Goes hand-in-hand with a Moroccan-spiced lamb, a hearty vegetarian dish and a candle-lit romantic dinner with that special someone!
