Since establishment, Martini have been producing the flagship Martini Rosso vermouth with the recipe remaining a company secret for over 150 years. The company has become synonymous with vermouth around the world – by 1903 Martini was sold in 70 countries across all continents and had become a bar staple. Martini’s vermouths are a blend of wine and botanicals with added alcohol and sugar. Base wines typically come from Trebbiano grown in Emilia Romagna and Catarratto grown in Sicily, and are aromatized with a dry blend of herbs, fruits, barks and spices.
