Description
This edition of Selection Massale’s ‘Perfect Red’ hails from Mateus Nicolau de Almeida in Baixo Corgo in the Douro region of Portugal. It is a red and white field blend of Tinto Roriz, Touriga Nacional, Touriga France, Tinta Barroca, and Malvasia Fina. A short 10-day maceration with gentle extraction and aging entirely in tank, to preserve its simplicity and gentle fruit flavor. We would give this a slight chill and pair it with chicken tikka kebab, with a fresh tomato and cucumber salad.
