Description
McLib’s Southern Dumplings are traditional flat southern style dumplings made with the highest quality ingredients. The dough is rolled thin, cut into strips, then dried by a unique process. The dry style dumplings absorb the flavor of broths and sauces when cooked. Southern dumplings are low in calories, fat free and cholesterol free with no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives added.
