Description
No. 209 Cabernet Sauvignon Barrel Reserve Gin is a masterful fusion of distilling and winemaking traditions. In a tribute to our Napa Valley heritage, we rest our flagship No. 209 Gin in hand-selected French oak barrels that once held Rudd Oakville Estate Red—a rich, Bordeaux-style blend. Over six months of careful aging, the gin evolves into a complex spirit that bridges worlds, developing deep notes of oak, spice, and red fruit alongside its signature juniper character. Each barrel is individually monitored and tasted to capture the perfect harmony of flavors. The result is a rare gin with the soul of a fine aged spirit—elegant, robust, and truly one of a kind.
