Description
Predominantly Pinot Meunier. Bright and complex, with notes of lemon curd, apple, quince, and brioche. Lively on the palate, with a pleasing, persistent mousse and a clean, mineral structure; notes of orchard and stone fruits, citrus, and honeysuckle. Nutty on the mid-palate, with a long, lingering mineral finish.
