Stewed apples and pears, freshly-baked sponge cake, golden barley and a pinch of salt.Palate:Lots of honey on the palate, joined by deft spicy notes of cinnamon and cracked black pepper. Glimmers of fruit and dark chocolate.Finish:Juicy fruits and a hint of oak.Overall:Packed with character, this expression is very exciting indeed.
