Description
The Toasted Series is proof of the power of chance. We weren’t expecting each barrel to be so distinct when we started exploring toasted finishes, so we chose to embrace the range of chars and toasts that make each bottle in our Toasted Series genuinely one-of-a-kind.
Penelope Bourbon is finished in a new, newly toasted barrel after full maturation in charred new American oak barrels. While the flavor profile of each bottle in our Toasted Series can be difficult to predict, the deep notes of vanilla imparted by the toasting process offer another layer to our characteristic flavor profile.Whether you want a Heavy Toast or a Medium Toast, our Toasted Series has something for everyone.
