Description
Our award-winning interpretation of a Bohemian Style Pilsner captures the spirit of timeless lager craft while introducing a vibrant, modern edge. The aroma hints at citrus and zest, with subtle spice and floral notes that invite the first sip. Spicy peppery hops mingle with delicate citrus peel botanicals, creating a bright, uplifting profile that remains balanced and refreshing from the first taste to the final swallow. The malt backbone offers a light, cracker-like sweetness that keeps the beer approachable, yet it carries enough character to stand up to bold food pairings and lively conversation. On the palate, the beer delivers a crisp, dry finish with a gentle peppery bite that lingers just long enough to keep you reaching for another sip. It’s crafted to be intensely drinkable without sacrificing complexity, revealing new nuances with each pour — a citrus peel brightness here, a faint white pepper spice there, all wrapped in a clean, polished finish that never feels heavy. The lager’s body is light to medium, allowing the flavors to unfold gracefully while maintaining a refreshing coolness that makes it ideal for warm days or convivial evenings. This is a beer that rewards careful tasting and repeated enjoyment, a true thirst-quencher that invites you to take more than one sip and to explore the layers of aroma, flavor, and balance with every pour.
