Made entirely using Chardonnay grapes, this is an elegant and fresh Champagne from Perrier-Jouët with notes of elderberry, acacia and honeysuckle.Perrier Jouët Champagne Blanc de Blancs is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with floral notes of lime, elder and jasmine, enriched with pleasant citrus hints of lime and grapefruit. On the palate it is fresh and vigorous, with an intensely mineral finish.
