Description
Pelecañas Blanco Mexican Rum is a distinctive spirit crafted from 100% fresh pressed sugarcane juice, meticulously cultivated on the fertile estates near the iconic Volcán de Tequila in Jalisco, Mexico. This rum embodies a rich heritage, infused with traditional techniques and a deep familial legacy. It is produced through wood fermentation and copper pot distillation, methods that enhance its natural flavors and aromas, resulting in a rum that is not only bold and fresh but also exquisitely balanced.Heritage and Innovation:Pelecañas is a celebration of the family history of Hacienda el Carmen, a storied property revitalized by the efforts of Monica and Gabriela, descendants of Pablo Serrano who acquired the hacienda in 1964. Under their guidance, the hacienda has been transformed into a luxurious hotel and spa, and Pelecañas Blanco Mexican Rum is a tribute to this renewal and the equitable spirit introduced by their mother Martha, which empowered all siblings equally. This rum captures the essence of innovation grounded in respect for tradition.
