“Modus,” derived from the Latin words for “method” and “measure,” represents Ruffino’s contemporary approach to blending three noble grape varieties. Introduced in 1997, it stands as an internationally acclaimed Supertuscan. This exquisite wine embodies the pursuit of balance between its components: vines, sunlight, terroir, and craftsmanship.Intensely alluring on the nose, with a complex interplay of blackberry and mature floral notes that transition into spicy undertones of cinnamon and cloves. On the palate, plum flavors with balsamic hints, soft tannins, and impressive structure.
