Mouth: On the palate, the wine presents itself with a full body and a well-balanced tannic structure. The fruity flavor pairs perfectly with the spicy notes, and there is a light licorice aftertaste.
Pairing:It can be combined with tasty first courses seasoned with ragù or wild boar ragù, roasts and grilled red meat, red meat and medium-aged cheeses.
