Description
Pure agave, raw energy, and heritage in its truest form. Siembra Tahona Blanco High Proof Tequila captures the essence of traditional tequila-making with a spirit that’s bold, expressive, and entirely authentic. Crafted using the
ancient tahona method — where volcanic stone crushes the cooked agave by hand — this high-proof expression preserves every natural aroma and flavor the plant has to offer.Made in partnership with Tequila Cascahuín, each small batch begins with mature Blue Weber Agave harvested from the highlands of Jalisco. The agave is slow-cooked in brick ovens, hand-crushed with the tahona, and naturally fermented in wooden vats before being distilled in copper pot stills. The result is an unfiltered, additive-free tequila bottled at its natural strength —
a robust, high-proof expression that celebrates raw agave power and artisanal tradition.
