Description
This 2018 Chablis Premier Cru “Vaillons” is an excellent example of the characteristics of a Chablis wine: freshness, acidity, minerality, and notes of flowers and fruit. Well-rounded and charming, this wine has a final note of minerality on the palate and is a good compromise between acidity and fruit. It is generous, has a good length, and is very typical of Chablis.Simonnet-Febvre now produces a wide range of wines representative of the different terroirs of Chablis and the Yonne. The house style has developed following the same principles across the entire range, from the famous Saint-Bris to our exceptional Chablis Grand Cru ‘Les Clos.’
