Description
Showing a medium lemon-gold color and a fresh, herb-driven nose of quince, yellow apple skin, smoky minerals, lemon thyme, and tarragon. Rich and ample on the palate, the wine teems with notes of lemon oil, pear, tangerine zest, high-toned limestone, and sweet almond meal. The brisk, resinous palate texture segues to herbal notes on the finish.Refined, elegant, and bursting with character, Garofoli’s Supèra will prove a lovely choice wine for sipping by itself or for pairing with all types of seafood and vegetable dishes.
