Description
Winemaker’s Notes
Lifted aromas of spice, pepper, and cinnamon balanced with plum and blackberry richness. Soft, full and rounded vanilla and caramel flavors are balanced with rich, ripe, plum, spice, and blackberry jam fruit flavors. This Shiraz is divine with roast duck, wood-fired pizza as well as a “bitey” cheddar cheese.
