Description
Colour: deep burgundy garnet red.
Service Temperature:15-16°C
Matching: excellent for pairings with important first and second courses of red meat and game Flavour: very special with aromatic complexity made of spices and ripe fruits together with black pepper and minerality notes.
Taste: the great structure, the soft tannins, the absence of wood notes, the long after taste makes this wine really superb, due to the unique blend between Albarossa and Pelaverga, the two autochthonous grapes from Piedmont.
