Tenute Al Bano CarrisiPLATONE SALENTO ROSSO 2012 750ML is a wine made from Negroamaro and Primitivo grapes, produced from prestigious 75-year-old vines.Harvesting takes place approximately 15 days later than the normal season, which gives the grapes the opportunity to reach higher maturity.
The wine obtained after fermentation in steel silos is aged for about eight months in the barrique.It has an intense red color with purple reflections.
