Description
Tequila Ocho Single Estate Plata is a remarkable expression of unaged tequila, crafted by Master Distiller Carlos Camarena at the renowned La Alteña distillery in Arandas, Jalisco. This tequila is unique in its commitment to showcasing the concept of terroir, with each vintage sourced from a single estate, or “rancho,” highlighting the distinct characteristics imparted by the agave’s growing environment. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, the spirit undergoes traditional production methods, including slow cooking in stone ovens and natural fermentation, resulting in a tequila that is both complex and approachable. At 40% ABV, it offers a pure and vibrant taste experience that honors the noble agaves of the region.
